Use of undiluted oils directly on the skin is not recommended. If undiluted oils come into contact with eyes or skin, wash the effected area with water immediately.

During Pregnancy: Pure Essential Oils are NOT recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. At all times during pregnancy DO NOT use Aniseed, Basil, Bay Laurel, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Citronella, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Coriander, Cypress, Fennel, Geranium, Jasmine, Juniper, Marjoram, Myrrh, Nutmeg, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme and Wintergreens or any Blends or Massage Blends containing these oils.
Exposure to Sun: Avoid use of these oils or any blends containing these oils, when being exposed to sunlight, Bergamot, Lemon, Lime, Palmarosa, Grapefruit and Orange Oils. These oils may cause skin sensitivity if applied before and during exposure to the sun.
High Blood Pressure and Epilepsy: If you suffer from either of these conditions avoid the use of Rosemary, Fennel, Sage and Thyme Oils and Blends or Massage Blends containing these oils.
